About me...

A Gig Harbor resident most of my life, I have been a real estate broker since 2014. I enjoy living in Gig Harbor and appreciate its unique beauty and character. Although I've traveled extensively, the PNW is my home. I'm familiar with many local areas and in addition to the Gig Harbor/Key Peninsula area, I've listed and sold properties in Seattle, Bothell, Raymond, Yelm, Everett, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Tacoma, Federal Way, Shelton, Prosser and more.

I enjoy being active and tennis, travel and music are my favorite! Happily married for over 35 years, I enjoy watching my husband, veteran drummer Mark Ivester, perform in the Seattle area and abroad. Our two wonderful daughters both recently graduated from Boise State University and now live and work in Seattle. Community service projects keep me involved in the community and music is a major part of my life. I am also a trained, professional singer, composer and recording artist. My voice can be heard on jingles, video game and movie soundtracks, and every now and then, I perform around the Seattle metropolitan area.

I team with my dad, Morrie Pedersen, and together we provide the highest level of care and service for our clients. We believe communication and responsiveness are essential and like to exceed expectations. We regularly attend classes and stay informed on current trends in the market. With our team of lenders, title companies, inspectors and contractors we enjoy collaborating to ensure things go smoothly and result in successful transactions for our clients. We are also backed by a strong group of brokers and support staff at our brokerage, Coldwell Banker Danforth.
